What the %#$K

I just saw this picture. Can someone please tell me what the *&#$ is going on here. Is the kind of president America needs? I don't mean a gay one. I mean one that has no principles that he will not bend or break for anyone. America needs a president that will not kowtow to anyone. It is my view that this is without a doubt totally unacceptable behavior from any world leader.
